“We had our roof replaced with Rooftop Solutions DFW in August 2024. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend. Specifically, we worked with Evan Cardosa, who took the time to come inspect our roof a couple times in the past couple years. After a recent hailstorm, he found significant damage. We submitted an insurance claim, and the first on-sight adjuster arrived when only I was there (due to scheduling). After about 5 minutes on the roof, he said we had a fine roof. When I spoke with Evan, he decided to come out and mark all the damage with chalk, take photographs, and request a re-inspection from a different adjuster. This time Evan met the adjuster and walked him through everything. the adjuster agreed with the assessment and the claim was approved. Evan met with us several times in preparation for the roof install, helping us select new shingles and gutters. On the install day, the team arrived and worked tirelessly. They returned the next day to finalize the job and clean. The gutters were installed the next week, and everything was cleaned immaculately. I cannot say enough about the excellent experience with Rooftop Solutions DFW. I would not hesitate to call them in the future to assess damage after future storms. I would highly recommend!”
